The diff only changes tests to import get_status from workflow.api.status instead of workflow.universe_server. It does not change sandbox probing, bwrap/user-namespace handling, fallback behavior, or the user-visible failure mode described by BUG-017.

Under the new refactor framing, either mark the request stale/superseded if the primitive/runtime already caught up, or implement the smallest real runtime/status affordance that lets the loop understand and act on sandbox unavailability. A test-import cleanup alone should not close this bug.
