Split provider documentation into one page per provider Provider-Variable-Mapping.md was a single large page covering both TWITCH and STREAM_LINK. Split each provider's "Events Supported by StreamLink" and "The Variable Map" content into its own page (Provider-Twitch.md, Provider-Stream-Link.md), and turned Provider-Variable-Mapping.md into a short overview/index page that explains the ProviderVariable concept and links to each provider's page. Updated cross-references on Home, Getting Started, and Variables to point at the specific provider pages instead of anchors on the old combined page. Rename Twitch Variable Mapping page to Provider Variable Mapping The page's own H1 and Home/Getting-Started link labels already said "Provider Variable Mapping", but the file was still named Twitch-Variable-Mapping.md, so GitHub's auto-generated Pages sidebar kept showing it under the old Twitch-only title with no mention of providers. Renamed the file and updated every internal link to match. Note: this changes the page's URL (.../wiki/Twitch-Variable-Mapping -> .../wiki/Provider-Variable-Mapping); the old URL will 404. Reorganize provider variable mapping page around per-provider sections Each provider (TWITCH, STREAM_LINK) now has "Events Supported by StreamLink" (which EventConfigType/Event Config classes it drives) and "The Variable Map" (shared/per-event ProviderVariable bindings) as clearly separated subsections. Dropped the STREAM_LABS/ STREAM_ELEMENTS stub section since neither is implemented yet. Updated link labels on Home, Getting Started, and Variables to "Provider Variable Mapping" to match the page's new scope.
