BC and OC total

This release is a minor version

The main changes are:

• A bug correction in PM2.5 for RACM2 mechanism
• Update in colors for emit_2016.sh script
• Total OC and BC records included in output file for all mechanisms
• Optimization in mobile and area emissions spatial allocation

Faster location processing

The following updates were accomplish

• The processing for the emission location on the mesh has been updated. Larger mesh now from hour to minutes is computed.
• A test for get_location is added
• Documentation update

GHG emissions

Only CO2 emissions are computed by setting mecha=ghg

Mobile temporal profiles

Version 2.5

A inclusion of local temporal profiles based on a study on Mexico City that includes traffic activity for around 11,000 street segments is included for Mexico City, these profiles also consider 7 types of vehicles and for the pollutants: CO, NO, SO2 and VOC
