Add a hotkey that opens file location for games/ROMs and highlights the game/ROM

Feature description

Every program I have used has a function (including a hotkey) that opens the file location and highlights the file, whether it's a music player, a file tree view software, or Windows' search results. Usually the hotkey is ctrl-e, but it's often configurable.

I would like Playnite to adopt this feature, as it doesn't sound too difficult to implement, and it's a core feature that it really should have at this point. It would make managing ROMs and save files (which are usually stored in the same directly with the same name as the ROM, so immediately below the ROM) so much easier than having to use the mouse to open the file location, then locate the ROM among your large folder of ROMs.
