[BUG] AV1 encoder appears on some phones without AV1 encoding support

Issue Description (required)

On some phones, notably the Exynos Galaxy S10, an AV1 software encoder appears despite the device not having AV1 encoding support.

Expected Behaviour (required)

Compressor should check if the encoder is hardware or software and ignore software encoders. We can do this by excluding c2.android*, c2.google* and omx.google*
