Missing input for username & password in the GUI

Hi,

there is an important feature missing so far: I can add registries via the GUI, but it's not possible to enter any credentials like username and password. Please can you add this feature?

Hi, the project support Basic Auth and Docker-OAuth using browsers' Basic Auth specification to store your credentials.
Your registry serveur should support it to if you want to use it.
