Special characters in paths from Explorer are displayed incorrectly (`#`, `%`, ...)

Question

I'm not sure if this is my laptop issue or not but could you help guide on making quickswitch use # instead of %23.

So i work with many POs, PO#123456, On file explorer it is still showing as # but on quickswitch, it is showing as PO%23123456.
