Notebooks, Windows-friendly, install-script and much more

This pull-request contains several upgrades to the OWCF. These include:

• An install script, install_OWCF.jl, that fascilitates easy installation of the OWCF.
• The OWCF apps have been replaced by Jupyter notebooks. For stability and long-term support reasons
• Updated README
• The ClusterManagers.jl package has been replaced by the SlurmClusterManager.jl package. For stability and long-term support reasons
• The OWCF tests have been re-written to be Windows-friendly
• More functionality for certain tools in OWCF/extra/dependencies.jl
• Re-naming of keywords to align with updates in e.g. GuidingCenterOrbits.jl
