Licenses of test/ieeetestnew.c and i387/osx_asm.h

This is again something I have noticed in the Debian package, where these files are removed because they are not considered free. They indeed have headers saying they are under the Apple Public Source License Version (respectively 1.1 and 2). Why isn't that reflected in the openlibm LICENSE file? Is it a red herring?

The openlibm package has just not seen wide distribution outside of julia, and is something that we have incrementally hacked up. Some of the tests are from GNU and others from Apple. We should update the licenses and make sure that these files are not distributed on linux.

@loladiro Is there a way around the osx_asm.h? The test file is something we could just get rid off altogether.

I'm not sure. That file may have some Mach-O specific stuff in it. I guess we should find out how much of that stuff we're actually using (by cutting down until it breaks). Then somebody (me, I guess, since I know at least a little bit about Mach-O) can do a clean-room implementation of only the macros we need.

Indeed I removed these files from the Debian package because they are non-free from Debian's point of view. They are not needed on Linux anyway.

What's the plan with this? At least it would be nice to remove them from tarballs so that we don't have to remove them by hand.

I don't know if there is an easy way to do that. ieeetestnew.c is something we can just remove, but the other file is essential on os x.

@loladiro @vtjnash Is there a file that is available on OS X, which we can use instead of shipping i387_ox.h?
