XDG Base Directory compliant, avoid polluting $HOME

Currently there are some directories created by caveman.

Since we already have a config file that follow XDG spec (~/.config) already, can we do that for all of files created as well?

Or at least has a way to config this. Claude has CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR for example.
