Describe the bug
Town names have inconsistent capitalization across schools. Some are all caps (e.g., "CANTON"), some have lowercase first letters, some are properly capitalized.
Where Is Bug/How to Recreate
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the Schools page
- Compare town names across different schools
Suggested fix(es):
- Normalize town names to title case (e.g., "Canton") either in the database or on display
- Add formatting/validation on upload to standardize capitalization going forward
