Bug: School Table Default Sorting #130

Describe the bug
There seems to be no apparent sorting the schools table on load. It should be alphabetic descending (A->Z) by school name.
Where Is Bug/How to Recreate
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to schools page
Expected behavior
Entries should be sorted alphabetically descending (A to Z)
Suggested fix(es):
- Set a default sorting to the schools table.
