These changes fix the 2 failing tests described in Issue 1. The problem was reusing the fixtures for testing create and update which caused the uniqueness validation to fail on the model.
They also tidy up the people.yml fixture which contained duplicate data, using "MyString" for all names, which is in contravention of the model uniqueness validation. Fixture :two was unused anyway.
