This release delivers a fully refined Edge Contraction Spectrum (ECS) pipeline, an end-to-end system that generates, analyzes, and visualizes the complete contraction spectrum of any input graph. The pipeline now operates entirely on lightweight Python and NetworkX components, removing the former PyTorch dependency and simplifying all graph storage to pure adjacency lists for improved portability and maintainability. It includes automatic level-by-level spectrum generation, VF2-based isomorphism filtering, JSON serialization of all contraction levels and parent–child relationships, and clean, publication-ready visualizations of both individual levels and the full contraction DAG. This release offers a faster, more stable, and more accessible framework for exploring the structural behavior of graphs under edge contractions.
