OSRS API returns price data directly (avg, high, low), not wrapped in
an item property. Dashboard proxy routes return 404 when upstream env
vars are missing (proxy singletons don't initialize, routes aren't
registered). Accept 404 as valid "not configured" behavior.

Nginx ingress cors-allow-origin only had wildcard *.kbve.com which fails
to reflect the exact origin when credentials: true is set. Added explicit
entries for chat, supabase, and forgejo subdomains to both the ingress
CORS annotation and the GoTrue URI allow list.
