…rfile (#9614) * fix(irc-gateway): remove non-existent askama template COPY from Dockerfile The irc-gateway Dockerfile copied askama templates that don't exist — the Dockerfile was based on axum-kbve which uses askama, but irc-gateway does not. This caused the Docker build to fail at step 7/8. * Revert "fix(irc-gateway): remove non-existent askama template COPY from Dockerfile" This reverts commit 4ed0526. * fix(irc-gateway): add empty askama templates dir for Docker build The Dockerfile expects templates/askama to exist for future askama integration. Adding .gitkeep so the COPY step succeeds.
