Hi there! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, without further information I can't be certain of the cause. Off the top of my head I can think of two situations that would lead to this behavior:
If neither of these circumstances explain your problem, I would ask you to instruct your participant to send us an error report. It's the first item on the menu that pops up when they tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the app. The error report contains logs of timing, scheduling, etc., and might give me some more information about what is or isn't going on. In my setup, participants are allowed to change their preferred questionnaire schedule. In one case, the schedule was initially set to 10:00 AM, and the participant later changed it to 11:00 PM.
However, the questionnaire was still triggered at 10:18 AM, even after the schedule had been updated. I also have a filter applied 'the questionnaire can only be filled once per notification within a 30-minute window', and the questionnaire is not set to “always accessible.”
It would be helpful to know why the old schedule might still be triggering, and whether there are any other optimisations I should consider.
