Add a quick way to find an open frequency

Im thinking of a way to set up a new node quickly. And although someone may have their preference for frequencies, what happens if someone is brand new, or is in an area with a portable mmdvm and has no idea where they can set their modem and play nicely with the neighbors?

Im also thinking that a quick way to get this information would be for a repeaterbook.com lookup or radiorefference.com. Only one of these are free however as far as the API call goes.

There is an additional piece of hardware we would need for this as well, and that would be a GPS module on the unit. We do have a UART connection with most of the MMDVM hats which could suffice for this, alternative is to plug in a usb gps, or hardware it in to a GPIO pin - can even add the PPS from the GPS for time sync.
