Publish the text-messaging pages, and refresh the stale ones Adds Text messaging and its API reference, and brings Home into line with them. Regaining access and Translating Waypoint had drifted from the files they are generated from, because the workflow that publishes them has been failing since July on a permissions error nobody saw. The recovery page was telling a locked-out operator their config store is at /home/pi-star/waypoint/config.db when it is at /var/lib/waypoint/config.db - exactly the drift that page's own source file warns about. Generated byte-for-byte the way the workflow does, so the next successful run is a no-op.
Add Translating Waypoint page and link it from Home
Add Regaining access, and a Home page that points at it Generated from docs/recovery.md in the repository; the wiki workflow republishes it whenever that file changes.
