Red Encoder & BNO55 Update

Teensy Integration and Stability Enhancements

• Red Encoder with custom OP-AMP hooked to Teensy.
• Encoder pair connected to Left encoder port on powerboard.
• BNO55 IMU connected to I2C1_J14 on powerboard.

Fixed:

• Improved reliability of remote.
• Enhanced encoder reading accuracy.
• Transferred IMU code to Teensy for future mainboard compatibility.
