Employee Application Management System (EAMS) for Odoo CE v18

Overview

EAMS is a comprehensive employee self-service application system for Odoo Community Edition v18. It enables employees to digitally request documents, certificates, letters, approvals, and more, with configurable workflows, payment handling, document generation, and audit trails.

Installation

  1. Copy the eams module folder into your Odoo addons directory.

  • Set up user roles and access rights as per your organization’s policy.

Usage

  • Employees can submit requests from the EAMS menu or portal.
  • Authorities can review, forward, recommend, approve, or reject applications.
  • Track status, download documents, and view audit logs from the dashboard.
