- Copy the
eamsmodule folder into your Odooaddonsdirectory. - Update the Apps List in Odoo.
- Search for "Employee Application Management System (EAMS)" and click Install.
- Configure application types, approval flows, and payment settings from the EAMS configuration menus.
- Set up user roles and access rights as per your organization’s policy.
- Employees can submit requests from the EAMS menu or portal.
- Authorities can review, forward, recommend, approve, or reject applications.
- Track status, download documents, and view audit logs from the dashboard.
