Reworked the install and uninstall scripts:

Better integration with the update script by
a. preserving the config file and connection database
b. deleting files instead of the whole folder recursively -
Added a final step to the install script to establish communication with the TV (creates the connection database)

Reworked the config file:
- removed prefix "wanted_" from the hdmi input and picture mode variables (also in the Startup/Shutdown scripts)
- added hdmi input and picture mode variables for the SwitchInput and SwitchPictureMode scripts
- cleaned up formatting

Added SwitchPictureMode (works like SwitchInput) and EstablishConnection (for pairing with the TV) scripts

Added support for arguments to the SwitchInput (and SwitchPictureMode) scripts so that they can be used more braodly from the command line or with shortcuts
