On Android 11 we get the SecurityException when using "Kõnele service" and Kõnele does not have the mic permission. This does not happen when using Google's service. Instead there is a callback to RecognitionListener.onError as expected. + listen to ACTION_DONE in the URL edit field + small refactoring
shrinkResources removed layout/alert_dialog_url_entry which is acutally used and its removal would cause a crash.
