Adding `alt + ESC` (`Option + ESC` on Macs) since it is one of the default key combinations to trigger autocompletion in vscode. relates: KaotoIO/kaoto#2563

After checking with multiple people using vscode on macs I think this is the best option. Ctrl + I was used in older versions of vscode before Copilot was introduced (now it triggers copilot). Ctrl + shift + Space is already used by the OS. Another option I saw in one machine was "Meta/Command + ." |
