First stable release of the MACCHA harness.
Highlights since v0.1:
- Fully English codebase: all CLI tools and infrastructure scripts translated; functional Dutch (owner-language data tables, register keys) is documented in place.
- Hard publish gates: the publish pipeline now blocks both PII leaks and language regressions before any commit.
- Documented configuration: Memanto runs on a free Google AI Studio API key (no paid subscription); backup retention is a single
KEEPvariable incli-tools/maccha-backup. - Encrypted weekly backups with rotation, TMS hygiene tooling (integrity hook, shortlist sync, human view) and Memanto working-memory pruning.
- Dead tooling removed and README restructured.
