A wireless, offline-first IoT diagnostic platform for commercial beverage dispensers. Three sensor nodes transmit real-time telemetry over LoRa radio to a Raspberry Pi 5 gateway, where data is stored in InfluxDB and visualized through a Grafana dashboard β no internet or Wi-Fi required.
