The previous commit converted every page to CRLF by accident. This puts them back; the only content changes left are the M0 landing page edits.

Add the landing page to M0 (#72)
Roadmap: new M0 deliverable and exit criterion. Design Language section 12: the landing page is now planned, with a workbench replay as the hero until the engine lands in M1.

signal-blue palette, status and CVD-checked data colours, Atkinson
Hyperlegible type system, layout, shadcn/ui component map, motion and
the engine lamp, interaction, writing, accessibility and marketing
- Design Tokens: shadcn/ui + Tailwind v4 setup, full index.css,
flash-free theme switching, CodeMirror/ECharts/grid theming, contrast test
- Wordmark, app icon, lamp-state SVGs and mockup/specimen images
- Link the pages from Home and the sidebar; add ADR-009
