HA Restart deletes newly created BT device

Hi,
I have the problem, that I want to add another new fritz 301 thermostat, similiar to those I already have. Once I have done it, it appears ok, but there is no functionality and a HA restart deletes this new device every time. I checked several options and potential mistakes, but configuration is identical to those existing.
Anyone any idea why this happens?

I solved it by reverting back to a stable release, seems like something in the later beta releases is causing it.

I have the same problem for 2 of my for better thermostat climates. Sonoff TRV based for climate

Thanks for the report — the HA-restart init flow has had recent work: issue #1167 ("Zigbee is not initialized when BT wants to configure its thermostats on HA restart") was just closed (May 19), and PR #1937 hardened the TRV event handler against hass.states.get() returning None.

Could you test on 1.8.0-Beta-17 and let us know whether the device still disappears after restart? If yes, please share debug logs covering an HA restart cycle (custom_components.better_thermostat: debug) so we can verify whether this is the same root cause as #1167 or a separate issue.
