Spoke about which technology stack to use; preliminary settled on MERN
Setup a schedule for our availability
We (atttempted to) update the readme live together//not everyone was familiar with git yet so each of us did it on our own time
Discussed the use of branches and how to go about workflow so as not to affect the main branch without review
