Support typst statements

Typst (https://typst.app/) is a modern variant of LaTeX.
Would be cool to support problem statements written using it.

I probably won't actually have time, but would like to hack something together in BAPCtools.

Their html export is not fully mature yet I think, so that's a bit of a limitation, but PDF-exported statements should just work.

I think supporting more formats would be nice, but personally I have not been convinced that Typst is a nicer "more modern" experience over LaTeX. Maybe I'm just an old dog though. It does seem to be gaining popularity though.

Oh, I tried typst on a paper for the first time some weeks ago, and at least for that use case it is so much better. Specifically super fast incremental compilation and decent error messages, and also programming features inside the language itself appear to be much saner.

I am personally against adding it until they support HTML rendering. In particular, Kattis primarily uses HTML statements. It feels like a massive footgun to provide a statement language that we are "unable" to properly support yet.

To me, it seems like a good idea to let it mature and potentially add to the next version of the problem format.

I also like Typest, but also suggest to wait a bit.

For solution slides, Typest would not be silly at all. (We could even use the script feature for cool things.)
