wiki: the timer exists now Home said interrupts were still disabled at boot and no device had a handler; both stop being true with the 100 Hz tick. The roadmap page owed the timer and now owes only the keyboard.
wiki: build, troubleshooting, roadmap and reporting pages Five pages for what the README is not: getting a build running on your own machine, the failures that cost a newcomer an afternoon (hidden warnings, a stale ISO, a monitor queried before the kernel ran), where the phases and the milestones are, and what a usable bug report carries. The placeholder first page goes away. The API reference and the per-module documentation are deliberately absent: those belong in docs/, versioned with the code they describe.
