feat: run offline demos for all scaffolded scenarios

Goal

Make each scaffolded scenario runnable in offline demo mode so the hackathon case study can show more than the Azure path while AMD/DO GPU access is pending.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ]
  ullstate run works offline for AWS public S3, Kubernetes privileged pod, Docker Compose exposed admin, on-prem SSH password, and generic plan review scenarios.
• Each run writes findings, attack evidence, remediation patch, metrics, and report artifacts.
• CLI prints a branded Nullstate banner for polished demo recordings.
• Tests cover the new scenario runs and banner output.

Notes
