Table rows with virtualization enabled causes scroll lag #1307

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it
In my table initially I am showing 300 rows, having one custom cell (pinned right side) and row actions (pinned left side).The vertical scroll is getting lag. If i remove custom column as well as row actions it is working fine. can any one explain why the scroll is getting lag if the table have custom columns?
