chore: upgrade MUI to v7.3.10 and align MUI X dependencies

Upgrade to @mui v7 and update supporting libs.

Dependency bumps

• packages/material-react-table/package.json: @mui/material and @mui/icons-material to ^7.0.0, @mui/x-date-pickers to ^7.28.0; peers set to >=7, >=7, and >=7.28.0; description updated to Material UI V7.
• apps/material-react-table-docs/package.json: same core MUI versions, @mui/x-date-pickers ^7.28.0, @mui/x-charts ^8.0.0.
• All apps/material-react-table-docs/examples/*/sandbox/package.json files: ^6.4.4 → ^7.0.0 (core), ^7.26.0 → ^7.28.0 (pickers), ^7.26.0 → ^8.0.0 (@mui/x-charts where present).

Maintenance / tooling

• upgrade-examples.sh: comment added documenting the intended MUI v7 + MUI X ranges after npm-check-updates.
