* Version 2.0 - added sync from KF to DC.
* Fixed issue with no input for either field type leading to a crash. Two other bugs fixed. * Update CHANGELOG.md
* Fixed issue with additional_emails field not syncing. * Added independent logging via NLog.
* Added a switch to control syncing of fields deactivated in DigiCert. * Updated readme_source.md with new config section. Fixes ab#47725, ab#46882

Added batch-based processing and a proper system to handle unsupported characters in metadata field names.
