store-types - GET (json) converting NULL values to empty string

The resulting json if used as input to create a store type will add data that should be NULL as empty strings. In many cases, this may be ok, but for StorePathType this causes errors when creating certificate stores in KF Command using the store type created from the resulting store-types CREATE.
