Introduces GitHub Actions CI workflow, new documentation files (CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md), and updates README and CLAUDE.md with detailed usage and architecture. Adds and refactors core modules for findings, CVSS scoring, integrations (Slack, Jira, webhooks), security utilities (rate limiter, secrets/URL validation), API server, CI/CD integration, and configuration schema. Includes example config files, test suites, and prompt templates for pipeline and reporting. Updates package.json and config files to support new features.
