wiki: add Concepts page, group sidebar into 4 sections, route Home New Concepts page (EN+FR) consolidates the mental model (front vs agent, hoard vs race, native API vs qBit shim). Sidebar regrouped into Understand / Install & set up / Use day-to-day / Reference. Home is now a light router (New here? -> Concepts -> Install) instead of duplicating the concepts inline.
