ModSync Required Fields

Note: Direct can be used for all sorts of repo / file sharing. Github will be used in this example. https://github.com/KiameV/rimworld-modsync-rw/

About Uri

The uri for the raw-text version of the About.xml is located at: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KiameV/rimworld-modsync-rw/master/About/About.xml

To get there via the web browser, go to the main page: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KiameV/rimworld-modsync-rw

Navigate to About -> About.xml -> Raw (top-right part of the text portion) and copy the uri from the web browser.

Download Uri

The uri of the page from which the mod can be downloaded.

Do Not link to the zip/rar file directly as ModSync RW will reject the creation of the ModSync file.

This is to allow the user to know what they're downloading and from where.

Important Last Step

Once the ModSync.xml file has been created in the About directory, make sure to upload the ModSync.xml file to reside in the same location as the About.xml that was used in the About Uri step above.
