Application which will capture your international calls and add a prefix for your overseas provider I wrote this app in Java and used the built in tools in Android Studio to convert to Kotlin, fixing a couple of permissions issues on the way. Right now it works, but it is pretty ugly UI wise, so I'm hoping to fix it up in the future
