Fix ledger chain ID and linux nano

Description

Fixes two errors, imported from the main EVM:

• Ledger chain ID mismatch (fix(eip-712)!: encoding was using default evm chain id instead of actual chain id cosmos/evm#918)
• Linux nano x support (fix: ledger nano x on linux cosmos/evm#862)
