[Gastown] Git push authentication failures blocking bead completion #2009
Description
What happened?
Bead 95712ba8 (NpcBehaviorSystem shared path state fix) keeps getting "REWORK" escalation. Toast has completed the code fix and committed it to branch gt/toast/95712ba8, but git push fails with authentication error. The bead is in_review but the push never succeeds. This has happened multiple times across different beads - agents complete work but cannot push due to auth failure.
