feat(admin): add KiloClaw SSH copy button

• Add a copy-to-clipboard button next to the KiloClaw admin Fly Machine ID.
• Copy the ready-to-run fly ssh console --machine {machineId} -a {flyAppId} command so admins can quickly SSH into instances.
• Show toast feedback and a tooltip with the exact command being copied.
