Added ability to set language of Views. (As a String)

NOTE: No test since there's no language (aside from the default javascript) that's common to both CouchDB and BigCouch.
All existing tests pass however.

This lets me use Sprouch to define "Search" queries for Cloudant.

Cool. So is master definitive? Or is that 2.9 only? I was a little fuzzy on that.

master is 2.9 and is the branch I usually work on. but there shouldn't be
much to change...
