add Supported renderers; make client vs server commands explicit
Supported-Renderers: Distant Horizons and voxy, what works on which loader and MC
version, the conflict list and why, licensing (nothing bundled, no download links
for ARR forks), and an invitation to open a ticket for a renderer we do not cover
-- with what to put in it.
The voxy forks are credited individually: upstream, ggonzaDNG mia-edition,
NHblock714, Paulem79, and m3t4f1v3 (the only route to voxy on NeoForge). Two are
reported honestly as partial -- Vulkan-Voxy detected and fed but never visually
confirmed on a rig with no Vulkan GPU, and srjefers' M-series fork which cannot
render with or without us. The NeoForge/Forge fork scene is described as a group
because it is all MC 1.21.1 and none of it is published.
Deliberately NOT claimed: any single "supported forks" list. The internal notes
hold two different fork sets that barely overlap -- the NeoForge repos surveyed,
and the forks actually run against Chunksmith. Merging them would have invented
support that was never tested.
Commands: rewritten around WHICH TREE IS YOURS. /cs is the server's and needs op;
/cslod is your own client's and never does. Three cases spelled out -- single
player (both, your game is the server), running a server (both, different places),
playing on someone else's (only /cslod). Calls out the common misread that /cslod
is "multiplayer /cs"; it is a different job, and in single-player you use both.
