Example LDAP configuration still works and I don't think I can test the new capability. LGTM!

Our LDAP library, LdapRecord, supports multiple LDAP specs. This PR adds support for FreeIPA integration for clients wishing to integrate CDash with FreeIPA LDAP servers.
