Remove django-large-image

• Removes django-large-image from pyproject.toml as well as related dependencies
• Removes the Mixins from the spectrogram views for django largimage, this incldues the FILE_FIELD_NAME which was used by django-large-image
• Removes the dev gdal dependencies from the container, regular GDAL needs to stay for django gis support.
• Removes the base django-large.image urls.
• Moves the inference assets to the proper location (from /opt/django-project/assets to /opt/assets where it is looked for when doing inference)
