Should reference the appropriate documentation sections.
- Don't reference GCP directly, and instead just point to the deployment guide.
- We're moving to Discourse for support, so just referencing support in the docs would be better than saying the "help list" and not telling the user what that is.

I'll add a link to the deployment guide and the mailing list - these types of requests shouldn't be posted on a public discourse, as it will depend on the person doing the request for more resources whether or not we further support them and how soon. |

This is sort of the issue with how we're currently providing support. Lots of (or most) software companies have to provide differing tiers of support to different customers. Most of the time, there's a forum (like discourse) for free support and higher tiers of support for customers. I agree that for customers, email will be better than discourse, but we probably shouldn't instruct people to email us inside the public application. There may be a technical solution to this problem where we show different information to people who register with certain email domains. Need to think about it more. Short term, this is fine. |
