How much background resources does filee use when not in use, Just need an estimated figure

In short: idle in the tray, Filee uses about 15 MB of working set (around 120–140 MB commit) and almost no CPU. It only listens for the drag gesture. After a conversion it gives the memory back about 30 seconds later.

If you only want it while you use it, set "When I close the window" to quit (Settings → General) and turn off "Start Filee when I sign in".
