SOMEF should retrieve identifier from CITATION.cff

we extract this from the example right now:

This is the citation:

Should we add "identifier" with just "10.5281/zenodo.3934401" or it is enough to change the key and call it 'identifier' instead of url?

In the somef json, it is not retrieved as a URL.
It is retrieved as the URL of the citation:

This is not incorrect, but should be the identifier of the citation (it can be both identifier and URL).

If something is listed as an identifier, it should be considered the identifier of the software record. Note that there may be more than one.
